Ok, so here are some settings from some real life photo situations. Soccer on a saturday morning on a bright sunny day with no trees for shade. :)

my manual settings:
ISO – 100 (full bright sun)
aperture – 2.8
shutter speed – 1/800

    Hi, Cori. I was wondering since you were in the same light for both pics, why did you change the shutter speed? Thanks for the tips.

    i was in similar light, yes, but not exactly the same. my boys are on different soccer teams so these pictures were taken maybe an hour apart. so the sun may have been a bit brighter? so i probably needed to adjust accordingly. usually my big boy’s games were at 10:00 and my little boy’s at 11:00. hope that helps. :)
